Situated in the heart of "old town Santa Rosa" on Railroad Square, this "class act" distinguishes itself with a "great wine-country location" ("just a highway hop" away from Napa and Sonoma), a "good" Cal-French brasserie and "amazing" "contemporary" rooms furnished with "sooo comfy" beds; though some say "skip" this "standard Hyatt" chain link and "go with a local B&B" instead, others maintain it's a "great value for the money", especially with numerous spa packages.

The grounds were very pretty and I liked our room. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were nice.

Leaving elevator it is unclear where the lobby is located.
